Delete your account and game data

You can request deletion here without reinstalling the game. This permanently removes your Firebase account and the server records associated with it, including energy, daily rewards and missions, ad reward authorizations and purchase delivery data.

Transaction digests and hashed account-deletion markers remain to prevent replay of purchases and rewards. They no longer contain your email, raw player ID, purchase token or order number. Deletion does not transfer purchases to another account and does not request a Google Play refund. Local saves on another device are removed when that device reconnects to the updated game.

Analytics, advertising and diagnostic providers may hold records under their own retention policies. Read our privacy policy for more information.

Linked email account

Enter the email and password used in the game's account screen. Your password is sent directly to Firebase Authentication and is not stored by this page.

Guest account or trouble signing in?

In the Android game, open Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you no longer have access, contact contact@kodpath.com with “Galaxy Power account deletion” in the subject. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify your records. Never send your password or a payment card number by email.
